Systems Builder · AI Operator · Operational Transformation
I build practical tools, workflows, data systems and AI-assisted processes that turn operational chaos into clarity.
I have spent most of my life around computers, systems and technology. I started experimenting with computers around age eight and built most of my technical understanding through reading, tinkering, breaking things, fixing things, and applying logic in the real world.
Professionally, I have worked across customer service, quality, operations, product, AI transformation and process design in Amazon, Mercedes-Benz and Google/Nest environments. My real strength is connecting operational reality with technical possibility: understanding how people, tools, data and incentives interact, then building systems that make work clearer, faster and more useful.
I am interested in the places where technology meets messy reality: AI, automation, hardware, robotics, recycling, data systems, market intelligence, knowledge systems and operational transformation.
A personal operating assistant focused on scheduling, time tracking, momentum, and low-friction execution.
An internal stock-capture and material-tracking system using iPhone capture, FastAPI, SQLite, OCR and local dashboards for scrap-yard operations.
A market-intelligence concept for tracking companies, sectors, signals and operational opportunities.
An AI-powered component classification and sorting concept for e-waste, combining OCR, image recognition, part databases and resale/quality estimation.
A personal finance and investment tracking system focused on Trading212 data, tax-relevant holding periods and portfolio visibility.

I build and run custom computing systems that contribute to Folding@Home, supporting distributed scientific research. I reached #2 contributor on Amazon's Folding@Home team, combining my interest in hardware, optimization and useful distributed computing.
2023 - Present | Amazon
Worked on LLM-enabled service transformation, connecting customer feedback, operational workflows and support tooling into more useful AI-assisted processes.
2024 - Present | Amazon
Designed feedback loops and operating patterns that help AI workflows learn from real customer and operational signals.
2021 - 2023 | Amazon
Built operational intelligence routines that made service performance, quality signals and decision patterns easier to understand and act on.
2015 - 2017 | Dublin
Created a process-adherence web app concept for customer service agents, focused on clearer procedure flow and more consistent execution.
